Incarnate downs HM Sin. We are now 11/12 HM. Gratz guys! In other news:

We have been recruiting very heavily in the past few weeks, and will continue to do so. As we get our main raid to farming 11/12 HM and beginning work on Heroic RS. Focus is going to shift to the 1 day Sunday raid. We are going to try out all the new recruits there, and may swap people over from our main raid to help the Sunday raid start to knock down more heroics (currently 11/12, 3/12 HM).

There is going to be a Monday night achievement group set up in the near future to give those of you who are bored something to do, we will swap between PvE and PvP achievements. The plan is to knock out all the odd, non-meta 10man Uld achievements and then move on and do other things. PST Lyrad if interested (but not in the first 30 seconds I log in to the game... in fact, in game mail would be better).

Lastly, I know that with the exp coming up, we are going to hit the pre-exp doldrums. We will be trying out a lot of new people and making some cuts on people who either I do not see raiding with us in the expansion or people who cause me to take more Advil then is healthy during a raiding week. My plan is to cut the guild to 40 people who want to raid when the expansion hits. If you think you want one of these spots, then show me by not being pantsonhead retarded and show up and prove to me you belong here.

Its finally done. A quick thanks to Talira's man who runs Airglo Media.

You will see a few more changes before it is totally complete (in the next 48 hours or so). Feel free to leave feedback both positive and negative on the forums and we will fine tune it as we go on. We will be cleaning up the message boards a bit and try to get the news letter on the ground (and picts on the main page). Horray we finally have a website that makes us look like a real guild! Now we just have to start playing like one.
